HARVEST PRESENTS: THE GHOST OF PAUL REVERE

After enthralling audiences with a powerhouse performance that became one of the biggest hits of last year’s festival, Harvest announces it is bringing the fan favourite, foot-stomping and fast-picking folk quartet, The Ghost of Paul Revere, back to Fredericton for round two on April 12.

“The Ghost of Paul Revere are rising stars on the U.S. festival circuit and they’ve done that through a stage show that is unforgettable and steeped in call-and-response melodies, sing-along hooks and dense harmonies. As they proved when they rocked the Mojo Tent at Harvest last year, this is a live show that is tailor-made for Fredericton music lovers,” said Brent Staeben, Harvest’s Music Programmer.

The Portland, Maine-based quartet, affectionately called “the rowdy pickers from the north,” deliver powerful and unconventional American folk fueled by harmonies and heart-pounding performances.

Formed in 2011, The Ghost of Paul Revere has shared the stage with the likes of Harvest alumni The Avett Brothers and The Revivalists, along with acts like The Travelin’ McCourys, Brown Bird, the Infamous Stringdusters, and more.

Winners of Best in Maine from the New England Music Awards, the band is currently promoting their new album, Monarch. Learn more or have a listen here.
