The Record Company got started in 2011 and were selling out venues in Los Angeles before they released their first album Give It Back to You. The GRAMMY nominated album launched the trio into sold-out headline shows and festival appearances across the globe. The Los Angeles trio was ready for a change when it came time to make their third album, and they got it: Play Loud pushes the group into uncharted territory moving beyond their previous homemade sound. Remaining rooted in rock and roll, Play Loud is upbeat, delivering bigger and more experimental sound that Rolling Stone described “kick[s] up a raw, rootsy racket.”
