About the Role
The Harvest Music Festival is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented youth (aged 30 or under as per the Canada Summer jobs requirements) to join our team as Logistics Coordinator for the 2025 Festival. Reporting to the Festival Operations Manager, this role is key to ensuring the seamless planning and execution of festival operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and takes initiative.
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in event logistics, operations planning, and community engagement as part of one of Atlantic Canada’s largest music festivals.
What You’ll Do
You’ll support the day-to-day planning and coordination of key logistics and festival operations, including:
- Assisting with vehicle rentals, parking plans, and delivery schedules
- Supporting communication systems and distributing equipment
- Participating in planning sessions and permit tracking
- Coordinating signage and venue setup needs
- Managing inventory, supply orders, and Harvest-owned equipment
- Liaising with vendors, suppliers, and contracted labour
- Supporting administrative functions such as database management, phone inquiries, and public communication
- Collaborating with the Festival Operations Manager and Volunteer Committee to develop volunteer roles and deployment
- Assisting onsite during the festival, including setup, troubleshooting, and venue support
- Performing other duties as assigned to support festival operations
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a team player who is dependable, adaptable, and ready to roll up their sleeves. Ideal candidates will bring the following:
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities under pressure
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working both in an office and outdoors at festival sites
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends, especially during the event
- Physical ability to lift up to 15 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Prior experience in events or festival operations (an asset)
- Bilingualism (French/English) is considered an asset

- Be between the ages of 15 and 30 on June 9th, 2026
- Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person with refugee status in Canada
- Possess a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN)
Note: International students and temporary residents are not eligible for this position.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Evening shifts and weekends as needed, especially during the festival period

About the Role
The Harvest Music Festival is seeking a creative and motivated youth (aged 30 or under as per the Canada Summer Jobs requirements) to join our team as Marketing Coordinator for the 2026 Festival. Working alongside the Marketing Manager, this role supports Harvest’s digital marketing efforts with a strong focus on video creation, social media content, and audience engagement.
This position offers a hands-on opportunity to build real-world experience in content creation, digital marketing, and brand storytelling as part of one of Atlantic Canada’s largest music festivals.
What You’ll Do
You’ll support the planning and execution of Harvest’s marketing initiatives, including:
Creating and editing video content for social media (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
Assisting with the development and scheduling of social media posts
Supporting email marketing campaigns and newsletter content
Collaborating on creative concepts for campaigns and promotions
Monitoring social channels and engaging with the audience
Assisting with artist promotions, announcements, and campaign rollouts
Supporting on-site marketing needs during the festival (content capture, signage, activations)
Performing other duties as assigned to support the marketing team
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone creative, hands-on, and eager to learn. Ideal candidates will bring the following:
Experience or interest in marketing, content creation, or graphic design (or currently studying in the field)
Skills in videography, photography, and editing (CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar tools)
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
Creative eye for storytelling and engaging content
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Willingness to work evenings and weekends during the festival
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative
Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Prior experience in marketing or events (an asset)
