HARVEST 2025 ACCESSIBILITY GUIDE

At Harvest Music Festival, we are making strides to improve the accessibility of our event so that everyone can join the party! Here are some of the accessibility updates that we have made to make our 35th year the best one yet:

Accessibility & Safer Spaces Hub:

This year, we have an accessibility hub located off Queen St. just behind the Coors Light Street Bar. Accessibility and safer spaces volunteers will be here throughout the festival to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.

By vehicle, the hub is accessible by coming through the York St. Carpark and down into the parking lot between the Courthouse and NBCCD. While vehicles cannot be left or parked at the accessibility hub, patrons with accessibility needs can be dropped off here so that you’re central to the action!

TD Main Stage Venue:

Patrons with accessibility needs will have access to a dedicated admissions area, located on the ramp along Queen St. going into Officers’ Square. This means stair-free access to and from the venue and less time waiting in the admissions line! The first row of seating on all of the bleachers located in the TD Main Stage area will also be identified as priority seating for those with accessibility needs. For patrons looking to be a little closer to the action, we have created a designated accessibility viewing area for wheelchairs and standing-room, on the front-left side looking at the stage, complete with rubber mats so you can easily maneuver the terrain. We will also have stair-free accessible toilets just outside of this viewing area. There will also be accessible toilets located on the street just outside of the general admissions area; please note that these toilets are reached via the stairs at the main entrance/exit of Officer’s Square. The TD Main Stage will have three different bar spaces. Our two main bar spaces (including the return of spirits!) are both located on the pavement looking toward the stage, and there is also another small bar space located on the grass within the Rain/Shine tent.

Barracks Venue:

As always, the Barracks admissions area offers stair-free access to the venue, entirely on pavement. For patrons who may not be able to stand for long periods of time, there will be picnic tables spread throughout the Barracks. The Barracks also features a designated accessibility viewing area for wheelchairs and standing-room, but this year we have moved it to the front-right side looking at the stage so that you can stay on the pavement! We will also have accessible toilets in the venue. Please note that the bar tent in the Barracks venue is located on grass, though we are working toward improving the accessibility of this bar in the future!

Washrooms:

Both our Coors Light and Graystone Beer Gardens will have accessible toilets inside, and there will also be accessible toilets located throughout the Street Experience. Make sure to keep an eye on the Harvest website as we get closer to the festival, where the locations of the accessible toilets throughout the festival site will be marked on maps! The Barracks venue will have accessible toilets located inside the venue. There will also be accessible toilets located in the TD Main Stage area just outside of the accessibility viewing area, on the left side looking at the stage, as well as with the toilets located on the street just outside of the general admission area.

Street Bars:

This year, we have two street bars located along Queen Street. The Graystone Beer Garden will be located on the lawn in front of the NB Sports Hall of Fame, with paved entrances/exits and pathways throughout the bar as well as picnic tables and fire tables on the grass! Drinks will be sold over low tables on the grass areas, however, we will also have volunteers roaming the beer garden to assist you. The Coors Light Beer Garden will be located on the Justice lawn, on the right side when looking at the Courthouse. The entrances/exits for the beer garden will have a step-up onto the grass, and while the space is entirely on grass, there will be some picnic tables throughout the beer garden. Both the Graystone and Coors Light Beer Gardens will have accessible toilets inside.
