In the aftermath of their third album, A Deeper Understanding, The War on Drugs won a Grammy for Best Rock Album and was dubbed the “best American rock band of this decade” by The New Yorker. After three years, their latest album I Don’t Live Here Anymore was released in 2021. Described by frontman Adam Granduciel as “a record of movement, of pushing forward, of trying to realize that version of our most fulfilled life,” the album is bursting with bright classic rock influence. The War On Drugs are composed of Adam Granduciel (voice and guitar), David Hartley (bass and guitar), Robbie Bennett (keyboards), Charlie Hall (drums), Jon Natchez (Saxophone and keyboards) and Anthony LaMarcar (guitar).
