I am a media representative who wants to cover Harvest. How do I get a media pass?

The media accreditation application can be downloaded off the website starting in August, and must be submitted by the end of August. Please note that media passes are strictly for journalistic purposes only. Freelancers will have to be backed by a recognized media publication.

I am a performer – how do I apply to play at a Festival stage or on the street closure?

We accept artist submissions from Atlantic Canadian performers ONLY between October 1 and March 31 for consideration in the next year’s line up. In an effort to reduce paper waste, only electronic applications will be considered. Submissions should include a short bio, a link to where we can stream your music and any relevant press clippings, etc. and can be sent to Only submissions sent to this address will be considered. I own my own business – how do I become a vendor on the Festival street closure?

Harvest has an open and competitive application process for its vendors. Our Festival presents a unique partnership opportunity – vendors complement our event by enhancing the overall experience for our patrons. In the past, participating vendors have found their experience to be profitable and an effective way to raise the profile of their business or service group in the community. Harvest strives to provide a diverse and Maritime-based culinary experience for our patrons. To do this, applicants are not selected on a first-come-first-served basis.
