As you can imagine, the potential losses are large. We are working closely with our partners, suppliers and insurer to lessen this impact. Ticket refunds for cancelled shows are the largest cost item on the list by far.
We’ve heard from some of you about wanting to invest in future festivals by donating the refund value of your ticket or Saturday pass. This is the best thing you could do for Harvest right now.
We are happy to share that between now and October 6, Harvest will offer a full refund or a donation option for those who purchased tickets or passes to Saturday’s cancelled shows.
Ultimate pass purchasers will be offered a partial refund and the option to donate. Ultimate pass purchasers who donate will receive guaranteed access to next year’s pre-sale.
Ticketpro will email purchasers with details on how to donate or request a refund.
